What you type into the quote form: your name, phone, email, town, what you're coating, approximate size and message.

The page you were on and how you reached the site, including campaign tags from ads, if any.

Standard analytics data such as pages visited, device and approximate location.

We use your information to respond to your quote request, book a visit and follow up about the quote. We also use it to understand which pages and ads bring people to the site.

We do not sell your information.

Service providers help us run the site and respond to leads: our customer relationship system, LeadConnector, also known as GoHighLevel; Google Analytics and Tag Manager; and Meta for advertising measurement. Each handles data under its own privacy terms. We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

The site uses cookies and similar tools for analytics and to measure advertising. You can block cookies in your browser. The site still works, though some measurement won't.

Quote requests are kept as long as we need them to serve you and for our records, then removed.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing mike@beflooringyou.net. You can opt out of follow-up at any time.

We'll update this page if our practices change and update the date above.
